Ameridrives
Application: Meets the requirements of all standard applications for shaft sizes up to 10.25 inches in diameter. Capable of compensating for all three types of misalignment (angular, parallel, and axial). Description: Designed with a bolt-on center flange to facilitate easy installation and alignment. The optimized spacing between the meshing gears allows for high parallel misalignment capacity. The flanged sleeve design minimizes the distance between bearing housings, making shaft alignment easier. Additionally, the hubs of the 200 Series are designed to accommodate larger shaft diameters.
Amerigear Couplings
Application: Designed to meet the demands of harsh operating conditions and accommodate large shaft sizes up to 46 inches in diameter. Capable of compensating for all three types of misalignment (angular, parallel, and axial). Description: Shares the same basic design features as Series F (sizes 200 to 207), but offers a misalignment capacity of ± 3/4°. Major components are fully machined from medium carbon steel.
Universal Joints
Designed for high-horsepower hydraulic fracturing applications. An economical solution to meet the demands of greener, next generation fracking processes. Ameridrives engineers have developed a new U-joint based on the proven design of the popular Ameridrives U3315 model. The economical shaft, with a peak torque rating of 1,100,000 lb.in., can handle the environmentally-friendly, higher horsepower diesel engine and gas turbine drives being utilized on newer trailer- mounted pump packages. The Ameridrives team of highly experienced application and U Joint engineers is always available to design a modified solution to meet specific customer requirements.

Shaft Guard
Shaft guards help protect workers from rotating hazards and help protect rotating equipment from external and environmental damage.
Gear Couplings
Falk Lifelign gear couplings are well-suited for general industrial applications. Triple-crowned teeth minimize wear caused by misalignment. By eliminating tip-loading while reducing backlash and radial clearances, Lifelign can help protect connected equipment from damaging loads.
Fluid Couplings
The True Torque system uses a mechanical release mechanism that disengages the coupling when the torque limit is exceeded, preventing damage to the equipment and minimizing downtime. The disengagement torque is adjustable and can be set to match the specific requirements of the application. The Falk True Torque coupling is a reliable and cost-effective solution for protecting valuable equipment from damage caused by torque overload.

Amerigear Couplings
This coupling series is used for high-performance applications that require high torque, high speed, and/or high misalignment capacity. The FE Series coupling is equipped with positive O-ring seals to retain oil or grease in sealed-lubrication applications. The FELE Series is designed for continuous lubrication systems, in which lubricant is fed into the coupling from both ends and discharged through the spacer.

Amerigear Couplings
This coupling series is used in high-performance applications that require high torque, high speed, and/or high misalignment capacity, while also demanding oversize bore capability or flange-type mounting. The FE/MS coupling is equipped with O-ring seals housed in resilient carriers to retain oil or grease in sealed-lubrication applications. The FELC/MS Series is designed for continuous lubrication systems, in which lubricant is fed into the coupling at the spacer and discharged at the ends. The exit holes in the rigid hubs provide continuous flow and help prevent the buildup of deposits.
