Application: Designed to meet the demands of harsh operating conditions and accommodate large shaft sizes up to 46 inches in diameter. Description: Shares the same basic design features as Series F (sizes 200 to 207), but offers a misalignment capacity of ± 3/4°. Major components are fully machined from medium carbon steel.

The optimal spacing between the meshing gears allows for relatively high parallel misalignment capacity. The flanged sleeve design minimizes the distance between bearing housings, supporting easier shaft alignment.

Application: Primarily used in tandem pairs for vertical installation, connected by an intermediate floating shaft, or used individually in conjunction with a driving or driven shaft supported by a self-aligning bearing. When used individually, it only compensates for angular misalignment. Description: The Amerigear FVS Series flexible coupling consists of one standard rigid half and one standard flexible half modified to accommodate a thrust button plate. The bolted center flange facilitates easy installation and alignment.
