Application: Designed for modern mill motor applications and standards requiring quick equipment replacement to ensure continuous, uninterrupted operation. Description: The Amerigear FM and FMS Series flexible couplings are designed with a bolted center flange to facilitate easy installation and alignment. The optimal spacing between gear meshes allows for relatively high parallel misalignment capacity. The flanged sleeve design minimizes the distance between bearing housings, making shaft alignment more convenient.

Application: Primarily used in tandem pairs for vertical installation, connected by an intermediate floating shaft, or used individually in conjunction with a driving or driven shaft supported by a self-aligning bearing. When used individually, it only compensates for angular misalignment. Description: The Amerigear FVS Series flexible coupling consists of one standard rigid half and one standard flexible half modified to accommodate a thrust button plate.
