1. Return and Exchange Conditions
Customers are required to inspect the merchandise and can request an exchange or return immediately at the time of delivery in the following cases:
- The product does not match the type or design specified in the order placed or as displayed on the website at the time of ordering.
- The quantity received is insufficient or does not match the quantity specified in the order.
- External damage such as torn packaging, peeling, or breakage.
2. Regulations Regarding Notification Time and Product Return
Time Period for Returning: Within 48 hours from receiving the product in cases of missing accessories, gifts, or breakage.
Product Return Shipping Time: Within 3 days from receiving the product.
Product Return Location: Customers can either bring the items directly to our office/warehouse or send them via postal service.
