1989 Greco Japan TB-70 Thunderbird Bass (White)Made by the Fujigen factory in early 1989, the TB 70 was Greco's take on the Thunderbird with a gothic black on black aesthetic. Basswood body set to a three piece maple neck with a 20 fret rosewood fingerboard (43mm nut width, 12" radius, 34" scale length), it weighs just over 4kg's. loaded with a pair of P90 Pro pickups and a tune-o-matic bridge system coupled with Wilkinson Deluxe tuners for some more stability than a single wraparound

or go retro with the Standard mode's classic VB-2 vibrato

This is a PUM-4 model bass with a dark brown stained mahogany body with a maple neck and 24 fret ebony fingerboard

the previous owner routed it for a middle pickup (much like the EG-600PB Frampton model introduced a few years later) and it came to us with no hardware or electronics

The design is fairly standard and won’t really set you apart in a crowd

unlike anything the world had ever seen

This is a beautiful 1990's build and is clearly a professional grade Japanese guitar

it appears to be close to all original

original pots and hardware all working well and sounding great
