Featuring an ash "Telemaster" body with HSH routing bolted to a Warmoth Tiltback roasted maple neck (standard profile) with 6100 stainless steel frets. Loaded with Bareknuckle Polymath humbuckers, CTS pots with coil split push pull on the tone control, a Gotoh HT bridge and Planet Waves auto trim tuners. Weighs 4kg's. The bottom line about this SG Special is that it's a real Gibson solidbody electric guitar

This one appears all original except for some aftermarket Gibson pickups (seemingly 490R/498T's)

3kg's - which is a full kg heavier than most of the TL52 models that were made with "Light Ash" as per the catalog

this one seems to be all original (except for a replacement black three-ply pickguard and backplate) with Fender stamped saddles and vintage-style tuners

the frets show some wear and pitting but are shiny and the neck is straight with a fully functional truss

but most of these have faded to a metallic green over time
