1940's Metal Postal Letter Scale Stamp DispenserThis is a neat 1940's metal postal letter scale and stamp dispenser. It's all metal including the 5 inch by 2 1 2 inch black base. It has a brass stamp dispenser that has a screw off finial for adding a roll of stamps. The brass scale weighs envelopes up to 2 ounces. The piece is in great condition, with only light signs of wear to the base, that can be viewed in our high resolution photos. It has a felt bottom, which is perfect to not scratch
They both open and close as they should
It does have some discoloration to the piece
