A visually magnificent and exceptionally scarce complete set of the 1908 Quebec Tercentenary issue, each in a used block of four. These stamps were issued to commemorate the 300th anniversary of the founding of Quebec by Samuel de Champlain in 1608, and feature some of the most striking and historic designs in Canadian philately. There are some slight faults
