Organic caraway seeds, and organic sauerkraut from Hawthorne Valley Ferments (Our Wednesday neighbor at Union Square Greenmarket) that are blending into our classic GF Sourdough. The result is the most delicious bread that is a reflection of what rye feels like in spirit.
